Art Therapy & Journal Work
Sometimes I work with art and/or writing as a means of helping people express themselves as well as identifying what needs to be shifted.
Using colours, textures and shapes helps the person to connect with and express emotional truths. Often there are words or a story that go with the picture.
Sometimes people prefer just to use writing. When done without editing, writing can be a very powerful process. Often a more formal structure is helpful, though just expressing thoughts and feelings can be enough.
